Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan, Garapan

I’ve been staying at this hotel for two weeks at a time, and I absolutely love it! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the self-service laundry without the hassle of quarters or detergent. The staff, especially Ms. Antonette and Mr. Gilbert, have been incredibly accommodating. However, I did find the check-in process a bit frustrating at times, and I believe there’s room for improvement in their communication, especially for English-speaking guests.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, highlighted by the outstanding service and stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even accommodating my early arrival. The location is perfect, just a short walk to local bars and restaurants, making it very convenient. However, the air conditioning in the rooms could be improved to better handle humidity, as I found my clothes slightly damp in the mornings.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel right in the heart of Garapan! The beach access for sunsets was perfect for our family outings. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. However, it would have been nicer if the breakfast offerings were a bit more diverse. Overall, a fantastic place that we’re eager to revisit.

The cleanliness and comfort of the facilities were commendable, making it a perfect place to unwind. However, I felt the dining experience could use a bit more variety, and the Wi-Fi access was not included, which was a bit disappointing.
